The product management team seeks an intern to support the product management function, providing an opportunity to gain real-world experience while working in the robotics, photonics, and medical device sectors.
Responsibilities
Help improve our products by extensively using Novanta products, testing various applications and workflows, analyzing the competitive landscape, and reviewing customer feedback
Learning, implementing, promoting and working on growth strategies for some of the most innovative products within the Novanta portfolio
Being one of the first to try some of our newest features and products and provide usability feedback to drive the direction of the products
Identifying any shortcomings or significant difficulties in creating engineered solution components
Considering the voice of the customer when working on cross functional teams regarding technical product enhancements
Maintain compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations
Implement the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist
Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled in a graduate program pursuing an MBA with an undergraduate technical degree.
Possess well-developed skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Camtasia or similar.
