Businessolver is an employee benefits administration technology company, and they are seeking a Product Management Intern to work cross-functionally within their Data Science & Innovation team. The intern will support product managers, conduct data analysis, and assist in building and launching new product features.
Responsibilities
Support Product Managers to define and gather product requirements to build and launch new features related to Sofia, Businessolver’s virtual benefit assistant, verification services, and customer service technology
Provide data analysis and market research on end-users needs, consumer engagement, virtual assistant support, and HR/benefits market trends to help drive business decisions and strategy
Compile and analyze data for on product metrics to help assess health of products and impact of changes on member experience
Audit and test current and new functionality to ensure quality results and optimizing end-user experience
Participating in daily scrum ceremonies and planning sessions
Qualification
Required
The desire to pursue a career in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Engineering
A team player who has a track record of collaborating with a diverse group of people with a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds
Highly collaborative and data-driven to solve complex problems
A passion for learning, solving problems, and seeking answers
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Experience analyzing and auditing data leveraging MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Python)
Minimum of 6-month commitment
Preferred
Currently enrolled or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s in Business, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or an equivalent field
Prior experience in product management or product marketing
Experience reviewing/coding with Python and SQL
Knowledge of AWS or other cloud services
