TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Product Manager Intern to join their Search team. The role involves improving the search results experience, defining evaluation metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience.
Responsibilities
Responsible for improving TikTok search results experience, accountable for experience metrics.
Have a strong understanding of the search product and user needs, define clear evaluation metrics from both objective and subjective perspectives, identify problems through well-founded evaluation methods, and drive optimization.
Design search results optimization strategies through data analysis and user analysis, continuously iterate search experience.
Collaborate with the monetization team to balance user experience and monetization goals.
Actively think about the application scenarios of AIGC in search, improve search efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master in related discipline.
Strong capability in analyzing user needs, assessing product strategy and trade-offs, and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience in GenAI/content strategy related fields.
Experience working with global teams.
