TikTok is a short-video sharing app and social network platform that develops a lip-syncing video application to create videos. The Product Manager Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, conduct user research, and develop a product roadmap while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
Conduct user research and analyze data to identify user needs and opportunities for product improvement.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user impact and business goals.
Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize features.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to inform product strategy.
Qualification
Required
Must have a graduation date between Dec. 2025-September 2026
Must be able to work in our San Jose office, 40 hours a week for 12 weeks during fall
Experience or coursework in computer science, engineering, design, data science or similar fields.
Exposure to working on a consumer facing product
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and designing user experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build trusted relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Prior experience or projects in product management
Experience in developing products from inception to launch.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
