Relativity makes software to manage large volumes of data and identify key issues during litigation, investigations, and compliance. They are seeking a Product Manager Intern to improve the user experience of unsupported files in their Data Enrichment domain of the SaaS platform, Relativity One.
Responsibilities
Conduct customer interviews to understand current pain points, workflows and experience with unsupported file types
Conduct market research to understand unsupported file experience in competitor products
Research a new file identification service to address pain points with the current file identification technology
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other product managers to plan and propose a solution
Recommend a solution to provide consistent user experience for unsupported file types in processing
Develop customer enablement and product documentation to align with the proposed solution
Provide a presentation of your learnings, recommendations and project success to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing any bachelor's degree preferably in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Highly motivated with a focus on execution and quality
Loves challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior internship experience in Product Management preferred or a good understanding of the product management discipline in lieu of previous product experience
