Work with analysts, developers, architects, engineers to provide and discuss requirements. Must be willing to accept that the ideal solution for users may not be part of the first, second, third, iteration. There are often technical limitations behind decision making, so you need to keep that in mind and not expect the perfect solution out of the gate every time.
