IBM Software develops AI-powered, cloud-native products that address client challenges and support digital transformation. The Product Manager Intern will support product strategy, user needs definition, feature delivery, analytics, responsible AI practices, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization
Translate technical concepts—such as APIs, ML models, and data flows—into clear user stories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and refine features
Use analytics and user feedback to assess product performance
Apply responsible and ethical AI practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies, research activities, and design reviews
Communicate updates and findings to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Understanding of product management principles and user-centered thinking
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or data workflows through coursework or projects
Experience with Agile practices and collaborative work environments
Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Some travel may be required based on business demand
Candidates must be available to participate for the full duration of the internship corresponding to their academic schedule

Bachelor's Degree
Exposure to product analytics or data visualization tools
