ADT is hiring interns for product-focused teams across product management, strategy, lifecycle management, operations, and customer insights and research. Interns may research customer needs, support product roadmaps, analyze product performance, gather requirements, evaluate features or enhancements, and help deliver solutions that improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
Completion of at least two upper-level (300/400) courses relevant to the internship discipline
Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
We are unable to support or sponsor any U.S. immigration benefit (such as, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, STEM OPT) at this time
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship
Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 17-July 29, 2027
Preferred
Prior internship, co-op, research, or independent project experience, along with the ability to clearly explain their individual contributions, decisions, and lessons learned
Coursework or projects involving product management, customer research, market analysis, business strategy, or analytics
Experience leading projects, solving customer problems, or developing recommendations
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, military service, community involvement, or campus initiatives
Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities
