Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
Collect, analyze, and interpret product-related data to understand trends and make informed product improvement recommendations
Assist product users, address inquiries, and help resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience with the product
Assist in product development cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall product strategy
Engage with cross-functional teams, map launch plans, and prepare methods for collecting user feedback following launch
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university
Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships
Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2026 and ending in August/September 2026
Preferred
Majoring in business, technology, or a related field is preferred
