They are seeking a Product Management Intern to assist program managers with project planning and documentation while supporting team coordination and research efforts.
Responsibilities
Assist program managers with project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
Help prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
Support cross-functional team coordination and meeting logistics
Track action items, deliverables, and deadlines
Conduct research and analysis to support program goals
Identify risks or issues and communicate them to the team
Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Interest in project or program management
Preferred
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
Experience working in a team environment
