Responsibilities
Support product discovery, research, and roadmap initiatives across patient-facing digital experiences
Analyze customer behavior, engagement trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to support AI-enabled product experiences and workflow automation initiatives
Participate in sprint planning, testing, and product launch activities
Conduct competitive and healthcare market research to identify emerging trends in telehealth, AI, and digital health
Help measure product performance using analytics and reporting tools
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for healthcare innovation and customer experience
Interest in AI, machine learning, healthcare technology, and digital platforms
Familiarity with data analysis tools, dashboards, or product analytics platforms
