Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Masters degree in Product Management, Business, Finance, or Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Business and financial acumen with the ability to quantify impacts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with or interest in data analytics tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Requires enrollment at an accredited university
Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
Experience with financial modeling and design thinking principles
Knowledge of the HVAC or energy industry
