The Product Management Intern will assist with various product management initiatives, support market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch activities.
Responsibilities
Assist with product management initiatives across the product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing support
Support market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify product opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support
Help gather, document, and prioritize product requirements and business needs
Assist with tracking product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Support the creation of product documentation, presentations, training materials, and business cases
Analyze product performance metrics and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Participate in product planning meetings and contribute ideas for new features, enhancements, and innovations
Assist with product launch activities and cross-functional project coordination
Support additional product management, business, and operational projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Interest in product development, business strategy, customer experience, or manufacturing industries
Experience with data analysis, market research, or project management through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities
Familiarity with product lifecycle management concepts and cross-functional team collaboration
Experience using data visualization, project management, or collaboration tools is a plus
