Dymax is a pioneer in the development of light-curable adhesives and curing equipment, based in Torrington, Connecticut. They are seeking a Product Management Intern to support New Product Introduction and Product Lifecycle efforts, involving data collection, technical documentation, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data to determine sales performance of products. Make recommendations on next steps in lifecycle to product management; create and coordinate communications based on decisions
Assist with the review and creation of technical documentation across all aspects of product lifecycle; launch training, technical bulletins, product data sheets, marketing materials
Gain knowledge of product testing requirements and methods and help coordinate testing needs with product managers
Review workflows on current routing forms and identify areas of improvement and efficiency. Research and propose potential opportunities for automation of workflows
Learn about product coding and reporting out of JD Edwards to review and confirm data integrity across product lines and families
Projects participated in will require a presentation on results to a designated audience as they are completed
Qualification
Required
Be a rising sophomore or higher working towards a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent job-related work experience
Self-motivation to work in concert with team members to meet deliverables on time
