Product Management Intern

Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling, seeking a Product Management Intern to help define and build customer-centric experiences. The intern will collaborate with product managers and various stakeholders to enhance user engagement and contribute to multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and influence world-class product managers, engineers, QA, UX designers and other partner stakeholders - providing guidance and direction to achieve the product vision for customer-centric product launches and improvements
  • Create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria
  • Define/refine positioning, customer experience, messaging and/or content strategy for products leveraging on-site experimentation and testing
  • Work with other business partners to perform deep data driven analysis of businesses to surface actionable insights
  • Partner with UX and UX Research to define good outcomes for qualitative testing, ensuring we are building the right experience for a diverse range of cultures
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate success for new functionality, or to more deeply understand user behavior in order to iterate towards a successful test

Qualification

Required

  • Are enrolled in a full-time MBA program in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

Preferred

  • Experience communicating research findings and analysis in both written and spoken channels
  • Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams
  • Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-moving consumer business
  • Experience with digital technologies, consumer products, media, and e-commerce
  • Experience with problem solving and disruptive innovation, developing technology programs and working across customer organizations
