Auctane is a team of shipping and software experts with a passion for helping merchants fulfill their most audacious dreams. They are seeking a Product Management Intern to assist the product team with various tasks including market research, user feedback analysis, and documentation.
Responsibilities
Learn and experience all aspects of product management.
Discovery and market research for new software projects.
User research (interview setup and execution).
Data analysis and modeling.
User feedback review and issue analysis.
Engineering sprint process participation.
Process documentation and tracking.
Engage with internal and external collaborators.
Write use cases, business requirements, and documentation.
Evaluate market trends and know the competitive landscape.
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
Strong communication skills
Located in or near the Austin, Texas area
You are organized and enjoy learning new things in pursuit of solving problems
Ability to work 40 hours per week (except for the week of July 4th)
Experience with Google Suite
