AAR is a leader in the aerospace industry, and they are seeking a Product Line Intern for their Parts Supply team. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in learning sessions, and take ownership of real-world projects while gaining exposure to the supply chain and aerospace operations.
Responsibilities
Explore the supply chain: Learn how AAR sources, repairs, and supplies used serviceable material (USM) to airline customers worldwide.
Build strong relationships: Use your communication and problem-solving skills to support sourcing and supply initiatives across international markets.
Collaborate globally: Work as part of a team to deliver material solutions, product quotes, and technical insights to AAR’s global sales network.
Analyze and assess opportunities: Apply your analytical skills to evaluate engine and airframe acquisition opportunities using financial data and market trends.
Learning & Development: Engage in learning sessions and mentorship opportunities with leaders and subject matter experts throughout the organization.
Project Management: Take ownership of a real-world AAR project from start to finish. Work collaboratively with fellow interns to design actionable solutions and present your findings to AAR Leadership.
Business Acumen: Gain a deep understanding of how a global organization operates—learning the inner workings of the Parts Supply division and the broader aerospace industry.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, entering senior year and graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Preferred
Familiarity with the aviation industry and/or government contracting is a plus.
