Qu is a leading digital-first POS platform in the restaurant industry, transforming how enterprise restaurant brands manage their digital operations. They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Intern to support their Data & Reporting product line, playing a critical role in Quality assurance efforts for reporting tools and dashboards.
Responsibilities
Review, categorize and prioritize data-related tickets based on customer experience, business impact and complexity.
Coordinate with Support and Engineering to drive timely resolutions
Perform validation and spot-checking of data sets, dashboards, and reports
Investigate anomalies or mismatches between source systems and reporting outputs
Maintain and improve internal playbooks and QA checklists for data validation
Assist in building out test cases for new or updated reporting features
Support the PM team in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Strong attention to detail with an analytical and investigative mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Basic understanding of relational databases, reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), or SQL is a plus
