Dorman Products is seeking a Product Intern to support its CORE strategic business unit and product team through business projects that validate and support product initiatives. The intern will contribute to product management, market analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional work with Engineering and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
Support the CORE SBU team with special projects. Projects to be identified closer to the start date based on business needs
Identify ROI, Process Improvements, and work cross functionally with Engineering and Supply Chain Teams
Assist product team in understanding competitive market landscape and market trends
Must successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously to transition products from development into production
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and work well in a cross-functional team environment
Must be able to develop relationships and initiate, communicate, and take actions to resolve issues both internally and externally
Currently enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or related
Preferred
Prefer a 3rd year student
