PHOENIX is a Direct-to-Consumer platform operating EXPRESS and BONOBOS, providing a paid internship program for rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students. The Product Development Summer Internship will support the EXPRESS brand, focusing on collaboration between various teams to ensure alignment in product development and addressing potential production issues.
Responsibilities
Liaison between Design, Fabric R&D, Tech Design, and vendors including communicating standards, monitoring development and troubleshooting challenges
Initiate sample requests
Participate in cross functional meetings insuring alignment of product and financial goals
Identify potential production, quality, and costing issues at all stages of development and make recommendations to mitigate risk
Data entry related to wash development, mock ups, tailorings and sample development
Qualification
Required
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Adhere to our four-days-in-office approach
Commit to the entire 10 weeks of the program
Preferred
Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
