Four Hands is a leading designer and wholesaler of furniture and décor, recognized for its dynamic growth and commitment to employee development. They are seeking a Product Development Intern to assist in various tasks such as tracking swatches, coordinating with overseas teams, and managing presentation materials.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and organizing a central library for master swatches from overseas factories
Work with Photography team to ensure new swatches are photographed and returned to swatch room in a timely manner
Work with overseas teams to ensure swatch data is complete and finalized prior to new finishes launching on an item
Create and manage presentation materials as needed
Maintain the Introduction Status List and coordinate with Supply Chain team as needed
Ensure product information and photography has been received from the overseas team prior to market
Track and update product status post-review (approved/rejected), reflect changes on the product site, and communicate updates to relevant departments
Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Textiles and Apparel, Business or related field
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
Preferred
Exposure to project management software (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
Understanding of product databases or content management systems (CMS) used to maintain product information
