Olin is a global leader in chemical manufacturing and ammunition, committed to developing future talent. The Product Development Co-op will support Technical Services and R&D through data analysis, experiments, and research for Epoxy, leading hands-on projects and executing lab experiments.
Responsibilities
Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need
Plan and execute lab experiments in accordance with project plans
Analyze data, interpret results, and communicate findings
Conduct literature searches to increase technical understanding, identify gaps, and validate hypothesis
Follow guidance for safe operations in the lab
Qualification
Required
Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate Chemical Engineering degree program.
Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin.
Must have completed sophomore year prior to first rotation with Olin.
Ability to work full time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) either January – May 2026 or August – December 2026.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa.
Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
A Valid US Driver's license is required.

Preferred
Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location.
Preference will be given to candidates with availability and desire to work a minimum of three (3) terms with no more than one of those terms occurring over the summer.
