They are seeking a highly motivated Product Business Analyst Intern to join their Product Innovation team, where the intern will support digital transformation initiatives that improve patient access to therapy and enhance the delivery of patient support programs.
Responsibilities
Support product managers and business analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements
Assist in mapping business processes, identifying pain points, and recommending opportunities for improvement
Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and product discovery activities
Help translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other project artifacts
Assist with testing activities, including coordination, test script writing during user acceptance testing and validation of business requirements
Explore opportunities to improve workflows through automation, digital solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, product, operations, and technology
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Health Sciences, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and ask thoughtful questions
Interest in healthcare, digital transformation, product management, and innovation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Familiarity with process mapping, business analysis, Agile, AI tools, Salesforce, healthcare technology, or design thinking is considered an asset but not required
