Seagate Technology is a global leader in data storage solutions, and they are seeking a Product Assurance Engineering Intern to join their Product Assurance Engineering Team. The role involves performing drive level testing, providing support to engineers, and learning problem-solving techniques to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
Perform drive level testing and continuously monitor the product performance and quality
Provide on-site analytical, coordination, and administrative support to product assurance and reliability test engineers
Learn and apply problem solving techniques, data collection and analysis techniques to investigate, identify potential root cause of problems
Interact and coordinate with other design engineering functions that results in successful delivery of cross-functional solutions
Generate process improvement ideas, including ML and AI applications, and actively participate in design discussions
Perform drive level testing and continuously monitor the product performance and quality
Qualification
Required
Interested in HDD/SDD/System industry and technology
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable prioritizing and balancing multiple projects and activities concurrently
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Have hands-on lab experience or willing to learn
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, computer science, or equivalent discipline and returning to classes in Fall 2026
