American Tower is a global digital infrastructure company focused on connectivity and opportunity. They are seeking an Intern to support the Product and Strategy organization in driving long-term growth through deal modeling, financial analyses, and preparing presentation materials.
Responsibilities
Aid in performing valuations for a variety of opportunities through established financial models
Perform lookbacks on the financial performance of various business segments
Support data requests from the business to aid in the decision-making process
Create reports and dashboards to monitor financial and operational results
Develop an understanding of the industry, business model, and our customers/competitors
Create presentation materials for stakeholders to drive informed decisions
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
An interest in the wireless tower industry, real estate, or finance.
Strong organizational skills and a willingness to manage tasks in a high-volume environment.
An ability to participate in professional meetings with employees at multiple levels.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Capable of working independently within the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic Excel functions; Salesforce and Oracle skills are a bonus.
