SWBC is seeking talented students to join our College Intern Program in San Antonio, Texas. As a Product Analyst Intern, you will support the Product organization with product analysis, documentation, research, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining practical experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
Support product prioritization processes, including intake documentation, workflow tracking, and participation in weekly prioritization sessions
Enhance and update product documentation in Confluence, including internal resources and client‑facing materials
Document process improvement opportunities, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders across the organization
Conduct research on training opportunities related to money movement and payment processing across SWIVEL and partner teams
Assist with project management and product development through cross‑department collaboration
Build awareness and exposure to the Financial Services and Payments industries while growing analytical and communication skills
Shadow Product team members to expand your knowledge base and strengthen technical and business competencies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow‑up skills
Ability to adapt to change, multitask, and work in a fast‑paced environment
Demonstrated passion for learning and proactive problem‑solving
Professionalism, maturity, and a strong desire to contribute meaningfully
Must be local to San Antonio, Texas
