The internship offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into GMS processes and SAP system solutions while collaborating with the GMS Zoetis Tech & Digital teams to support project management and delivery of enhancements.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Activities / projects, including scheduling and facilitating project team meetings and status updates
Drive project tasks to completion across multiple IT areas (Supply Chain & Logistics, GMS)
Support Logistics project team with day-to-day project work, including meeting minutes, follow-up on actions, and ad-hoc tasks
Provide practical support with planning around meetings and onsite events, including agendas
Prepare presentations to improve communication around the project and solution
Assist with analytical tasks, communication, calculating business cases, developing, and reviewing scenarios
Ability to work with a global team based in different locations and time zones
Demonstrated ability to work across organizational regional and global boundaries, ability to multitask and manage multiple enhancements in a cross-divisional and cross-functional environment
Opportunity to Complete SAP Training to support knowledge of the product area
Will work closely with experts and will gain business and technical knowledge
Participate in testing of the GMS applications in SAP
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field
Desire to learn about program and project management related to IT projects
Experience with Microsoft Applications (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Enrolled in a degree program during the Spring term preceding the internship
Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies with a 3.0 GPA or higher
At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S
Successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Strong analytical skills and good process understanding
Ability to communicate complex solutions in a simple and effective manner
Interest in technology, process management, and interdepartmental collaboration
Preferred
Understanding of or interest in GMS
Knowledge of commercial applications is a plus
