The Pro Sales Product Management Intern will support key initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive business growth, providing hands-on exposure to product management and go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of the Belgard.com & Echelon.com websites to ensure products are positioned correctly to support all customer channels
Work alongside Product Managers to audit each product web listing for accuracy: product information, accessories, supporting content and channel
Work across Marketing, Product and IT for corrections. Focused on improved customer experience and product accuracy
Work with the Hardscapes Product Manager, Managing phase 4 of the New Product Launch Process
Support across the organization to ensure marketing, training, sales and operations needs are aligned to allow for successful launch
Manage product listing by region to support marketing team in 2027 Collateral Development
Update master document to ensure accuracy by marketing region
Field questions from marketing team and review workfront requests for accuracy
