RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is a growing U.S. distributor of paper goods, foodservice packaging, cleaning supplies, and related essentials. The Pricing & Product Intern supports the Category Team by gathering and maintaining product and pricing data, updating Excel templates, resolving supplier cost discrepancies, and supporting pricing files and contracts.
Responsibilities
Gather and organize product data from suppliers and or internal data sources
Upload and maintain product information in company databases
Work with suppliers and Category Managers to keep pricing and data accurate
Build and update Excel pricing templates based on supplier changes
Help resolve supplier cost discrepancies with the Purchasing team
Support the Category and POD teams with pricing files and contracts
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Requires good oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Excel
The employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear; occasionally required to stand, and/or walk. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds while moving files, small packages
