The P&C Product Management Analyst Intern will support state product management teams by analyzing financial, member impact, profitability, competitiveness, and sales data for Auto, Homeowners, and Renters products, while developing recommendations and understanding state laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Complete financial and member impact analyses to influence decisions to profitability grow Auto, Homeowners, and Renters for assigned state(s)
Monitor, analyze and interpret data to evaluate profitability, competitiveness, and sales performance to propose recommendations
Use analytical and technical knowledge to identify and develop actionable plans to address local market and national business challenges
Develop understanding of laws and regulatory environments for assigned states
Qualification
Required
To qualify, you must be pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and plan to graduate after the final day of the internship
Graduation date cannot be prior to August 2027
Proven experience conducting research, compiling, and analyzing data to enable decision making
Working experience with data querying tools and dashboards
Foundational level of knowledge of business strategy and operations, industry practices and emerging trends

Preferred
Pursuing a degree with a concentration in Business, Finance/Insurance, Risk Management, Math, Marketing, Economics, Data & Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
Graduation date between **August 2027 and June 2028.**
Demonstrate proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, Snowflake, or other analytical tools through class projects, employment, or organizational roles
Exhibit teamwork and leadership through previous internships, employment, extra-curricular activities, community service, or other activities
