PHOENIX Retail, LLC is hiring a Merchandising Summer Intern to support its Bonobos brand. The intern will assist with product launches and assortment development, research customer and fashion trends, support online product presentation, and maintain reporting and samples.
Responsibilities
Support on-time, seamless product launches by ensuring integrity of style information and attribution
Hands-on immersion to a product life-cycle, such as what it takes to create, edit and produce an assortment framework from initial concept, through design and sourcing, and ending in customer distribution
Focus on understanding our customer by competitive patterning, trend patterning, and in-store feedback/experience
Consistently look forward regarding trends through runway, aspirational brands, and social platforms
Collaborate on site merchandising by supporting online product presentations tailored to our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business model
Maintain Merchant Reporting/Recaps

Qualification
Required
rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students
Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
