Responsibilities
Support Journey Owners in defining, documenting, and optimizing end‑to‑end journeys
Contribute to journey optimization initiatives, including experience redesign and journey orchestration
Support the documentation of business cases, metrics, benefits tracking, and adoption rates to help prioritize features
Collaborate with key stakeholders to complete required artifacts and support agile delivery and execution
Actively participate in team activities and contribute to a collaborative, agile work environment
Qualification
Required
Is known for their strong analytical and data processing skills
Stands out for their ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrates curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and strong synthesis capabilities
Is recognized for their coordination skills and attention to detail
Is currently pursuing a degree in computer science, administration, or another relevant field at an equivalent level
Is comfortable manipulating large data sets, proficient with numbers, and skilled in Excel
Preferred
Has an interest in the financial services industry (considered an asset)
