We are seeking a motivated IT Product Management Intern to join our dynamic Product & Technology team, where you will gain hands-on experience in supporting the design, development, and delivery of digital products that enhance guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist product managers in defining product requirements
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Conduct competitive analysis and user research to support feature development
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders
Support testing and QA efforts to validate new features and functionality
Support day-to-day tasks
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in product management, technology, and customer-focused design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Tableau is a bonus
