Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain concise and understandable documentation, including but not limited to work instructions, reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals
Define manufacturing process issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Work with and through others for the analysis of production problems, their solution, and the effective and successful implementation of the solution
Support the coordination and development of New Product Integration methodologies to manufacture new products
Present to management on experience at the completion of the Intern period
Identify production downtime concerns by evaluating problems/situations and applying applicable resources
All other duties or projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
The qualified candidate will be working towards a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, with an emphasis on Project Management
Demonstrated ability to research, review, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical document blueprints from various sources
Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to write concise and understandable reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals
Strong customer service orientation; will interact with employees
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and related computer skills
