Temenos powers a world of banking that creates opportunities for billions of people and businesses everywhere. They are seeking a student intern to support their Product Operations (PMO) team with coordination, data tasks, and reporting, providing hands-on experience in product support.
Responsibilities
You will help schedule meetings and manage calendars for product teams
You will support day-to-day product operations tasks and team coordination
You will collect, organize, and analyse basic product and operational data
You will create and update simple reports, spreadsheets, and databases
You will assist with data checks, data migration, and data accuracy tasks
You will prepare and format documents and presentations
You will organize emails, files, and shared documentation
You will research and retrieve information when needed
You will support reporting and review activities for the PMO team
You will communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a university student (Business, IT, Data, Engineering, or related field)
You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
You should have experience in data, reporting, or analytics
You should have good organizational skills and attention to detail
You should be comfortable working with numbers
You should have clear verbal and written communication skills
You should have willingness to learn and work in a team environment
