The Product Management Intern will develop knowledge of LNPA Services and Account Management, analyze customer industries and use cases, gather CRM requirements, and evaluate commercially available CRM systems.
Responsibilities
Develop proficient knowledge of the LNPA Services and Account Management responsibilities
Create a summary portfolio of a set of current customers identifying their industry and use cases
Gather requirements for a Customer Relationship Management system for iconectiv
Perform an analysis of commercially available Customer Relationship Management systems against the developed requirements
Qualification
Required
• Rising Senior or Graduate student in business with a marketing focus
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• US Citizenship required
• To be eligible for an intern position, the candidate must be enrolled in a university as a graduate or undergraduate student
