As a Product Development Intern, you will support the Product Development team by helping to build physical libraries for product materials and R&D projects, ensuring alignment between physical and digital assets throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Support the Product Development team in bringing footwear concepts through the development process, from early samples to final production readiness
Assist with tracking samples, updates, and feedback across multiple development stages
Learn about footwear construction, materials, tooling, and fit through hands‑on exposure and mentorship
Help maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in product development documentation and systems
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, including Design, Product Line Management, Materials, and Manufacturing
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Comfort working with basic documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
Curiosity and eagerness to learn, we're looking for potential, not perfection
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and grow throughout the internship
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly within a team environment
Interest in footwear, materials, manufacturing, and product lifecycle processes
Excitement about learning, problem‑solving, and contributing to a fast‑paced product team
Must permanently reside and work in the U.S
Must be open to relocating to the Broomfield, CO area upon graduation for consideration for full-time in office positions
