They are seeking a motivated student intern to support Business transformation in Finance and Procure to Pay, collaborating with teams to develop new capabilities and insights for the organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Activities / projects, including scheduling and facilitating project team meetings and status updates
Drive project tasks to completion across multiple IT areas (Finance, Procure to Pay)
Support ERP Finance project team with day-to-day project work, including meeting minutes, follow-up on actions, and ad-hoc tasks
Provide practical support with planning around meetings and onsite events, including agendas
Prepare presentations to improve communication around the project and solution
Assist with analytical tasks, communication, calculating business cases, developing, and reviewing scenarios
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Understanding of or interest in Finance area
Desire to learn about program and project management related to IT projects
Experience with Microsoft Applications (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies with a 3.0 GPA or higher
Strong analytical skills and good process understanding
Ability to communicate complex solutions in a simple and effective manner
Interest in technology, process management, and interdepartmental collaboration
