Dexus is a leading Australasian fully integrated real asset group managing a portfolio of real estate and infrastructure assets. The Fund Product Intern will support the strategic growth of the funds management business through new product concept design, marketing, financial modeling, due diligence, project management and deal execution.
Responsibilities
Supporting new product concept design and internal business case approval process
Assisting with the preparation of investor marketing materials including opportunity flyers, pitch presentations, etc
Supporting preparation of Excel-based financial models
Assisting investors with due diligence
Providing project management support and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Capital Transactions, Development, Finance, Legal, Tax and Treasury
Assisting with preparation of papers for the Dexus Board and Investment Committee
Qualification
Required
We're looking for a curious, motivated and commercially minded individual who enjoys solving problems, thinking critically and taking initiative
You will be currently undertaking, or have recently completed, a tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, Commerce or a related field, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and build your technical capability
alongside well-developed written and verbal communication skills
To be considered, applicants must be available to participate in the full six-month internship program between September 2026 and April 2027
