The Global Products & Solutions Intern will support the Non-Card Strategy and Visa Accept Governance team by designing an AI-enabled governance framework, monitoring regional implementation initiatives, tracking merchant performance, and preparing insights and recommendations for leadership.
Responsibilities
Design and implement an AI-enabled governance framework for Visa Accept initiatives across CARCAM
Create dashboards, trackers, and automated reporting tools to improve visibility and execution consistency
Consolidate data from multiple markets into a central regional view of milestones, dependencies, and risks
Identify implementation risks and opportunities for improvement; provide insights for leadership reviews
Monitor Visa Accept implementation activities across markets and support cross-functional follow-up
Track merchant onboarding, activation, ramp-up, and adoption performance
Assist with governance templates, playbook implementation, scorecards, and reusable best practices
Analyze progress toward regional objectives and prepare updates and recommendations for governance forums
Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations, and recommendations for regional governance forums
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, with anticipated graduation between November 2027 and March 2028
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
Foundational analytical and organizational skills, with interest in expanding these skills during the internship
All Visa roles require digital fluency, including comfort with emerging tools such as Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for everyday work

Experience creating structured, accurate, and concise communications
Ability to learn new tools and processes and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset
Strong collaboration skills and capacity to work effectively across diverse teams
