SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company that focuses on creating innovative lifestyle solutions. The Consumer Insights Intern will support research efforts to influence product development by analyzing customer insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Support and analyze qualitative and quantitative customer research for trends, insights, and new product development
Assist in the development, management, and execution of research plans
Translate feedback, including latent needs and dissatisfaction, into innovation recommendations
Identify potential unmet customer needs that form the basis for new product/feature offerings
Collaborate and plan customer research strategies and manage internal resources to successfully deliver on plans
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program
Must be able to work a part-time 15 to 16 hour/week schedule with either two 8-hour days or three 5-hour days per week onsite in Needham, MA

Leverages strong organizational and analytical skills to synthesize information from various sources focusing on relevancy and impact opportunity
Understands that not all paths are defined and leverages his/ her experience to create and add value
Preferred
Preference toward those with 1+ years of academic experience in a social science degree program (e.g. psychology or sociology) or is a marketing program, with an excellent academic record
