As a Product Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Intern, you will work with business stakeholders to develop global product solutions and go-to-market plans for online commerce, while helping to identify and solve customer problems.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and build requirements to optimize product performance through A/B testing, improving funnel metrics, enhancing registration opportunities, increasing customer engagement, converting gift card recipients to purchasers, and encouraging repeat purchases.
Develop business requirements, success criteria, and project phasing in conjunction with internal stakeholders
Build relationships and work closely with product, marketing, account management, sales, finance, settlement, legal, and compliance to understand product gaps and improve products.
Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify customer needs and market opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to support product development cycles
Help track key performance metrics and analyze data to measure product success and recommend improvements.
Support the creation of product documentation, roadmaps and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the ongoing website redesign by providing input on mobile and desktop user experience enhancements to ensure ease, accessibility and conversion optimization.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master's degree program in Marketing, Business or Finance

Preferred
Business management, product, or payments experience and/or enrolled in BA/BS equivalent is preferred
