The Commercial Intern will contribute to projects that support the company's growth and customer-focused strategies, working with Voyavation to enhance digital products and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities
Support the deployment of new product features and enhancements through data collection, testing, and feedback
Assist in the analysis of customer usage and business performance metrics to support decision-making
Contribute to continual improvement initiatives, including marketing and customer engagement efforts
Collaborate with commercial and product teams on research, planning, and rollout of new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Psychology, Industrial Design, Communications, Statistics, or Data Analysis
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across business and technical teams
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Analytical, customer-centric, and proactive mindset
