They are seeking a Connectivity Product Management Co-op to support the Dedicated Internet product within the Connectivity Product Organization, providing hands-on experience in product strategy and development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new services, features, and enhancements on time and within budget
Assists the product manager in gathering input to define product concepts, develop product requirements and build implementation plans
Aids in maintaining the product roadmap, tracking deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed on time
Contributes to the creation and maintenance of user guides, FAQs, and other product documentation to support internal teams and customers
Conducts market research to identify market trends
Supports the collection and analysis of data related to product performance, customer feedback, and market trends
Takes initiative in gathering information, exercising judgement and proactively suggesting areas of opportunity
Develops an understanding of the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch evaluation
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2025, through March 27, 2026.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
Preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Familiarity with product and program management tools (Jira/Smartsheet)
