The Cigna Group is a healthcare firm that focuses on providing hospital services and innovative solutions for better health. They are seeking a Clinical & Trend Solutions Intern to support various product platforms and assist Product Advisors with clinical programs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support various product platforms specifically focused on continually exposing new opportunities in critical disease states that can be better managed.
Support Product Advisors with ad hoc projects related to managing their respective clinical programs in a fast-paced environment.
Provide consultative and administrative support to the array of programs with items such as enhancement campaigns, internal & external communication strategies, project solution support and governance of business practices.
Support moving a product from development to launch and be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional partners on platform positioning, internal and external communications and any additional items necessary to support a product market launch.
Perform strategic planning, end to end project management, data analysis, presentation development, cross-functional project work, document development and problem solving skills.
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking
Able to multitask on multiple projects
Self-starter with problem-solving skills who has the initiative to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results
Effective time management and organizational skills
Preferred
Junior or senior-level college students with a 3.0 GPA or above preferred
Overall passion for learning and a keen interest in knowing more about the healthcare industry is a plus
