Lennox is a global leader in HVAC and refrigeration solutions, committed to innovation and sustainable products. As a Category Analyst Intern, you will support the category management team by analyzing product assortments, sales, and inventory to optimize strategies for new products.
Responsibilities
Collecting and analyzing sales data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform category strategies
Assisting the category management team with new product creation
Preparing reports on performance of new products
Assisting with the resolution of product holds
Documenting processes and best practices for long-term scalability
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales and product data
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Positive, can-do attitude with a solid work ethic
Passion for retail, merchandising, and business
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Merchandising, or related field
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Previous experience in marketing, retail, or customer service
Strong sense of curiosity and ability to 'dig in' to find insights
