Responsibilities
- Turn business asks into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process notes, and lightweight product artifacts
- Join discovery sessions and help capture the “why,” “who,” and “what good looks like” before solutions are built
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and delivery follow-ups with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, and developers
- Create simple but useful process maps, data flows, decision notes, and documentation that help teams connect the dots
- Partner with QA to support test scenarios, validation notes, defect triage, and release readiness
- Use data, SQL basics, and platform knowledge to investigate questions, validate outcomes, and support troubleshooting
- Learn the customer platforms ecosystem and help make internal and customer experiences smarter, faster, and friendlier
- Bring the “fresh eyes” advantage: ask thoughtful questions, spot friction, and help simplify complexity for everyone
Qualification
Required
- Comfort writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, meeting notes, and action-oriented documentation
- Basic understanding of Agile delivery and a willingness to learn Azure DevOps or similar delivery tooling
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to ask questions that make work clearer
- A practical approach: you do not need every answer on day one, but you know how to learn, follow through, and keep momentum moving
Preferred
- Exposure to SQL, data analysis, APIs, process mapping, or troubleshooting is helpful; curiosity matters most
