HP is a leading technology company known for its innovation in personal computing and printing solutions. They are seeking a creative and driven Product Management Intern to work alongside product management and design teams, focusing on identifying user needs and developing product concepts.
Responsibilities
Work independently and collaboratively to identify unmet user needs, emerging trends, and whitespace opportunities.
Conduct competitive and market research, user interviews, and desk research to shape your insights.
Ideate and iterate on product concepts, using tools like sketches, mockups, and lightweight prototypes.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing mentors to refine your concept and validate it through feedback loops.
Deliver a final concept presentation that tells the story of the opportunity, your process, and your solution.
Qualification
Required
A student or recent graduate in Product Design, Human-Centered Design, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong curiosity and a passion for solving real problems through design and innovation.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
Great communication and storytelling skills.
Master's/MBA program
Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university.
Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2026, and not require sponsorship in the future.

Team player who supports others and leads executives and peers through logical reasoning and relationship development
Strong public speaking and workshop/conversation-facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to shape and influence ideas and actions of others
