The Asset Management Intern will support research, competitive analysis, investment product innovation, product launches, documentation, and digital transformation projects while developing early-career skills through a structured ten-week program.
Responsibilities
Work on research and competitive analysis of a certain asset class or an investment product/strategy
Research new market trends and what they mean for NTAM product innovation
Help execute launch of new investment vehicles, such as ETFs or UCITS, and support existing product documentation
Assist with digital transformation projects, such as implementing new technology capabilities, automating workflows, or building executive dashboards
Qualification
Required
You are pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university with an expected graduate date between December 2027 and Summer 2028
You have a minimum GPA of 3.0
You have an interest in and are curious to learn more about financial markets and asset management products, business strategy, data and digital tools, and investment reporting & operations
You have proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills through course work, projects, and/or previous internship experience
You have demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects and extracurricular involvement
