The Architecture – Product Development Intern will gain hands-on experience in design and real estate strategy, supporting planning and conceptual design of new developments while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and conceptual design of new developments
Assist in site and code research
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that architectural decisions align with market demands and investment goals
Conduct precedent research, site analysis, and feasibility studies
Participate in design reviews and provide architectural input from a product and user experience perspective
Help document space planning and programming requirements across property types
Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
Qualification
Required
Must have completed a minimum of 1 year of coursework with a major or concentration in Architecture or a related field.
Strong design sensibility and interest in real estate development
Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
Basic understanding of building codes, zoning, and development principles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
